The Planner Career Path Training is a basic non-degree training program within the development framework of the Functional Planner Position (JFP). Participants will be equipped with basic planning skills within the context of comprehensive economic, social, and spatial development planning. This includes aspects of physical development, population social development, macro and microeconomics, as well as development institutions and financing. Participants will also gain knowledge of Planning Theory and basic analytical construction skills for identifying planning issues. The training employs interactive learning through teaching methods, discussions, case studies, and planning practice. LPEM FEB UI provides JFP training for the First Expert level from the civil servant formation, as well as Technical Guidance specifically for preparing competency tests for Junior Expert, Associate Expert, and Senior Expert levels.
